Eye Health Forum 2010

Hosted by the Statewide Ophthalmology Service.

This significant event will allow speakers in the broad eye health community, including health, low vision, not-for-profit organizations and researchers to report on initiatives which demonstrate their work in one or more of the key action areas of the National Framework for Action to Promote Eye Health and Prevent Avoidable Blindness and Vision Loss (National Framework) i.e.

• Reducing the risk of eye disease and injury

• Increasing early detection

• Improving access to eye health care services

• Improving systems & quality of care

• Improving the underlying evidence base
