Applications reviewed  twice per year.

Criteria to apply for an AONA Educational Grant

Applications for an educational grant must meet the following criteria:

• current member of the association
• member for 12 months

On completion of the educational project/conference the applicant must:

• submit of a 500 word assignment for the newsletter or
• present a 10-15 minute presentation at the next AONA conference

The grant is allocated according to the following criteria:

• Metropolitan Course and live in the metropolitan area AONA pays 1/2 course fees
• Remote/Rural Course and live in the same area AONA pays 1/2 course fees
• Remote/Rural Course and live in the metropolitan area AONA pays 1/2 course fees + travel expenses
• Metropolitan Course and live in the rural / remote area AONA pays 1/2 course fees + travel expenses

N.B.

• All other applications will be reviewed individually on merit
• Metropolitan area Newcastle-Wollongong and Bondi-Katoomba
